Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food, Handpick’d follows a strict refund and cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
•Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and food preparation has begun.
•If you wish to cancel immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.
Refunds
•Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
•Incorrect items delivered
•Missing items
•Quality issues verified by our team
•Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting evidence (photos if required).
Non-Refundable Situations
•Change of mind after order confirmation
•Delay caused by incorrect delivery details
•Taste preferences or personal dislike
•Orders that have been consumed partially or fully
Refund Processing
•Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
•Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
